Virtual Rejuvenation Sessions
VIRTUAL REJUVENATION SESSIONS
In
addition to being available for individual phone consultations and
mailing herbal medicine directly to your home, I’m also offering Virtual Rejuvenation Sessions.
There’s actually so much you can do from the comfort of your home!
In these treatment sessions, you’ll learn healing techniques for relaxation, releasing anxiety, and restoring balance.
Choose a 30 minute virtual session:
• One-on-One
Contact me to schedule a private time to address your unique concerns.
$60 first session for new patients; $45 for established patients
-or-
• Join a Group
Offered 3 times/week
$25 per session, or $65 for all 3
1. Monday, March 30, 6:30-7:00pm
Calming Anxiety, Grief, Insomnia
2. Wednesday, April 1, 6:30-7:00pm
Reducing Pain, Inflammation, Headaches
3. Saturday, April 4, 10:30-11am
Strengthening the Immune System and Boosting Energy
Each group session will include:
• 5 minute guided meditation
• 10 minutes practicing a simple, balancing breathing technique
• 15 minute acupressure treatment (you’ll learn specific points you can press and we’ll do the treatment together)
I’ll be using Zoom—it’s a very user-friendly visual platform. You can use your computer or phone.
For one-on-one sessions,
it’ll just be you and me seeing and talking to each other. We'll go
through a similar sequence of meditation, a calm breathing technique,
and the acupressure points we use will be specific for you.
For group sessions, you’ll just see and hear me—you won’t see or hear any other participants in the group.
If you’re interested in a Virtual Rejuvenation Session, let me know and I’ll send you a link to click, and that’s it—we’ll be connected!
Suggested Preparation:
To
take full advantage of the relaxing opportunity provided in these
sessions, please take a few minutes ahead of time to find a quiet, private space to sit—either in a chair or on a cushion on the floor (however you’re most comfortable is best).
Consider using dim lighting.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
PHONE CONSULTATIONS
Due to COVID-19 New York restrictions, I’m not able to see you in person right now, however I'm still available for phone consultations
should any health concerns arise—either specifically in relation to COVID-19 or
otherwise.
HERBAL REMEDIES MAILED DIRECTLY TO YOU
I have an extensive home pharmacy of high quality traditional Chinese herbs, Western herbs, and
Ayurvedic herbs in the form of teas, tinctures (liquid extracts), and tablets. For both preventative and symptomatic care, I can create customized
combinations and mail them to you directly using USPS Priority Mail
shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
Let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing and working with you soon!

Finding Calm and Improving Sleep
It can be hard these days to slow down and quiet the body and mind. Many
people often feel stressed or anxious, and have trouble falling or
staying asleep.
While we may not be able to change our job or basic daily responsibilities, we can modify our food choices, use medicinal herbs, adjust our routines, and practice simple meditation and breathing techniques to feel more relaxed and get better sleep.
Licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, Amanda Lewis, will discuss some of these natural treatment options and offer some calming tea samples as well!

Treating Pain and Inflammation with Natural Remedies
There are so many herbs, foods, and supplements that reduce
inflammation that it can be hard to know which to choose. While you could use
the “shotgun approach” and take lots of different things you’ve heard are good
for inflammation, it’s more effective to use specific diagnostic
differentiation to determine what is best take.
In this class, local licensed acupuncturist and herbalist Amanda Lewis, L.Ac. will discuss when to use various herbs like ginger, black cohosh, turmeric, peony, or sage, as well as foods and supplements that are helpful in reducing pain and inflammation. This class will also include delightful tea and food samples!
