Treating Pain and Inflammation with Natural Remedies

There are so many herbs, foods, and supplements that reduce inflammation that it can be hard to know which to choose. While you could use the “shotgun approach” and take lots of different things you’ve heard are good for inflammation, it’s more effective to use specific diagnostic differentiation to determine what is best take.

In this class, local licensed acupuncturist and herbalist Amanda Lewis, L.Ac. will discuss when to use various herbs like ginger, black cohosh, turmeric, peony, or sage, as well as foods and supplements that are helpful in reducing pain and inflammation. This class will also include delightful tea and food samples!
