Properly combining foods is essential for us to fully assimilate all the nutrients available in what we eat. In this class, we’ll cover these key points of food combining:

1. Food groups that combine well
2. Food combinations best to avoid
3. Ideal sequencing of foods eaten in a single meal

We’ll also talk about specific dietary plans to meet the needs of individual body types and health conditions, paying particular attention to ailments commonly diagnosed as “Food Allergies.” These commonly manifest as:

1. Skin complaints
2. Breathing difficulties
3. Digestive disturbances
4. Fatigue/
5. Headaches
6. Depression
